Shilpan Patel
Mr. Shilpan Patel, aged 60 years, is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University, Texas, USA. He did his graduation in Commerce from H.L. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad in India.
In 1979-80 he gained experience in the coating industry from Grace Paper Industries Pvt. Ltd and worked there for a period of 9 years. In 1990 he developed Water Soluble Film, which is a product of indigenous research and has a very strong bearing on the environment. In 2000, the product (Water Soluble Film) won the India Star Award.
Mr. Patel has also applied for various patents in USA, Europe, South Africa, Australia and India based on Water Soluble Films and Green Technologies. Appointed on the Board for the first time on October 30, 1992, he is in charge of Business Development and Strategic Management of the Company and creating value for all stake holders and society at large. He is based in Mumbai. He was last re-appointed as Director on our Board and re-designated as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w. e. f. September 29, 2014.
Neil Patel
Started work since age of 18 managing my own Marketing company. At 22 went to finish my masters on Biomedical Science (Haematology). Returned at age of 24 to join Arrow for marketing watersoluble film and test marketing of mouth dissolving strips in the Brand name of Meltz.
At the age of 26 was given charge of the Ankleshwar plant operations for water soluble film and soon thereafter was handling marketing of watersol products as well.
Today with 10 years of knowledge on water soluble film in Arrow Greentech limited, I have been appointed as the managing director for Avery pharmaceutical PVT LTD which is into manufacturing of edible mouth dissolving strips.
Kammal Tripathi
Kammal Tripathi is a CEO in Avery Pharmaceuticals Private Ltd. Kammal Tripathi has over 30+ years of experience spanning a myriad of cross functional and multi industries expertise such as Pharmaceuticals, Bulk drug, Chemical, Information Technology, Agriculture and consumer products.
He has been associated with Pharmaceutical industry for more than 20 years, working across various positions spanning Business Strategist, Business Development and business Management in domestic and International market, Operation management and project management, production planning and material management and setting up supply chain management.
His expertise pertains establishing, conceptualizing new formulation and product development scaling up pilot to commercial production. Kammal Tripathi holds a Master's degree in Management, LL.B and is a Certified Business Intelligence professional (CBIP).
Parmi Tripathi
Demonstrated history of working in pharmaceutical industry. Ms Parmi manage formulations, biologics and other research in core areas across avery pharma entire manufacturing footprint. Many of her past assignments at large indian organization and in government focused on creating performance turn around and producing transformational result.
At avery pharma she leads the research team and expertise in adhering to all quality and regulatory compliance related to manufacturing and quality compliance of multiple technical platforms. Specialized skill in the conceptualization of innovative product development research projects.
THE UNIQUE BREADTH OF KNOWLEDGE INCLUDES NOT ONLY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT BUT ALSO INTERNATIONAL REGULATORY OVERSIGHT, QUALITY CONTROL AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT. She work with leadership team to help avery pharma and navigate many complex changes in R&D and quality management of the product.
